Below are 5 easy steps for our mail-in process

Note: Please be sure to perform a backup of the device, if possible, before sending it out.

1) Download our Work Order form below and include a printed copy with your device(s).

2) Package your device(s) securely in a reasonably sized box.

3) Ship your device(s) using any carrier of your choice to our address shown below.

4) When your package is received, we will begin to diagnose and repair within 1-3 business days.

5) After the repair is completed we will send you an invoice.
- Once payment is received your device will be on it’s way back to you!
